T&B’s Education Workshops Division offers a one stop shop offering a complete package from concept through design to a final build and have extensive experience in:
- Disabled access works including toilet facilities, ramps lifts and hoists.
- Alterations including wiring network cabling & computer benching.
- Refurbishment of Computer Suites, Science Labs, Food Technology.
- Areas, Art/Graphic Rooms, Libraries, Dance & Drama Studios.
- Reception Areas, Staff Rooms, Kitchens and Dining Rooms.
- New build and extension.
EWD are also a health & safety equipment inspection service for schools within Hertfordshire and the neighbouring Counties. Our inspection report provides the school with recommendations for repair and/or replacement of the equipment. The inspections cover the following areas:
- Design & Technology.
- Heat Treatment and LEV inspections.
- Food Technology.
- Gym Equipment.
In 2008 we have signed up over 200 Schools for the H&S Inspections and have also successfully delivered over 70 construction projects ranging in value from £500 to £400,000 in value.
