T&B has a dedicated Customer Care Team which supports the operational delivery of every project the company undertakes. We always value feedback from our customers and suppliers and use industry standard Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure our performance and to aid further improvement.

T&B KPI Scores

T&B have supported the CC Scheme for some time now as we strongly believe that it improves the image of construction and that the eight sections within the Code of Practice help to achieve an improvement in project delivery. As a result of this we have increased the number of sites that we register under the scheme.
