Winner: Hertfordshire Architects Association Award
Project: St Mary’s Church, £650,000

The project undertaken by T&B to build Church House at St Mary’s church Welwyn was achieved to much acclaim on a tight site with difficult access, under the watchful eye of the church community and weekly inspections by the architect.


Winner: Considerate Contractor Award, London Borough of Barnet
Project: Barnfield School, £743,000

The mayor of Barnet presented T&B’ project team with this award for their outstanding performance at Barnfield School. The project consisted of an extension to provide a new learning centre for both the school and local community.


Winner: Enfield Design Awards
Project: Myddleton House, £1,200,000

T&B were awarded this award for the Myddleton House project which was judged to be the winner for improving the visual quality of the Borough and making an outstanding contribution to Enfield’s built environment.

T&B carried out the building of a two story timber office for the Lee Valley Park Authority. The new office block was designed to be environmentally friendly using sustainable materials where possible.


Winner: Oaklands College Celebration of Success Award
Project: New Woodwork Workshop, £610,000

Sarah Cox presented T&B’s project team with the 2006/07 Award for the refurbishment contract they successfully completed at the Smallford Campus.

The project consisted of the conversion of 3 dairy buildings in to new woodwork teaching centres under a design and build contract.
