We are extremely proud of our impressive safety record and are pleased to confirm that:

• T&B have not had any prohibition, enforcement or improvement notices issued to, or prosecutions taken against the company by the HSE (Health & Safety Executive).
• Neither the company nor any individual employed by the company has been prosecuted for breaches of any Health & Safety legislation, or failing to meet any statutory duty.
• RIDDOR* - Since the Regulations on reporting incidents in defined categories came into force in April 1996 we have not suffered any: Fatal Accidents; Specific Major Injuries; Diseases or Dangerous Occurrences. We have had 4 reportable injuries, or three days lost within a ten day period and 21 non-reportable accidents.

Whilst we are far from complacent with these figures as we strive for zero accidents we do understand that our figures are well below that published by similar size construction companies.
